1. Acceptance

By using BuyAccount.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Product nature

We sell digital social media and email accounts. Once delivered, account credentials are considered consumed. Buyers are responsible for changing passwords, enabling 2FA, and warming the accounts before heavy use.

3. Replacement policy

If an account does not log in on first try, contact support within 12 hours of delivery with screenshots. Eligible accounts are replaced for free. Accounts that have been logged in, edited, or had their password changed are not eligible for replacement.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use purchased accounts for spam, phishing, scams, harassment, child-safety violations or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction. Violators forfeit support and may be banned.

5. Payments & refunds

All deposits are credited as store balance. Crypto and BDT (Bkash/Nagad) deposits are non-refundable once approved. Unused balance can be applied to any product on the store.

6. Liability

BuyAccount.xyz is not liable for losses caused by platform policy changes, third-party bans, or buyer misuse. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
